SMS Marketing Program Terms
Program Name: FNL Agency Marketing Messages
Program Description: By opting into our SMS marketing program, you agree to receive text messages from FNL Agency DBA Funnel+Ladder containing promotional offers, business updates, marketing content, appointment reminders, and other commercial communications.
User Consent and Agreement
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from FNL Agency DBA Funnel+Ladder, you expressly consent to receive:
Marketing and promotional messages about our AI marketing services, tools, and offerings
Business updates and important announcements
Appointment reminders and follow-up communications
Educational content related to marketing and business growth, Service notifications, and transactional messages

Message Frequency and Charges
Message Frequency: You may receive up to 8 marketing messages per month, with frequency varying based on promotions and business updates
Transactional Messages: Service-related messages may be sent as needed outside of the marketing frequency
Charges: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply
Carrier Responsibility: We are not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
Text "STOP" to any message you receive from us
Text "QUIT," "CANCEL," "UNSUBSCRIBE," or "END" to opt out

Upon sending "STOP," we will:
Send you a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request
Remove your number from our marketing list immediately

If you opt out and later wish to receive messages again:

Complete a new opt-in form with explicit consent
Contact us directly to request re-enrollment (we will require verbal or written confirmation)

No Warranty: Our SMS service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
Technical Issues: We are not responsible for technical issues that may prevent message delivery or cause delays.
Privacy and Data Protection
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Service Modifications and Termination

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For Canadian Recipients: These terms are governed by British Columbia law and federal Canadian law.
For US Recipients: These terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the state where the recipient is located.
